Rules and Guidelines

Groups must agree to all of the rules and guidelines below.

Donated tickets are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee tickets to any specific game or seat location*
Community tickets are to be used solely for the purpose of providing a unique experience for individuals of the Gulf Coast and intended to deliver a memorable experience for those who would not otherwise be able to enjoy a New Orleans Pelicans game*
Transportation, parking, food and beverage will not be provided by the New Orleans Pelicans and are the responsibility of the organization making the request*
Tickets received through the Community Ticket Program, may not be resold by the recipient organization. If the New Orleans Pelicans find, or have reason to believe that the recipient organization has resold, or attempted to resell tickets received through the Community Player Ticket Program, the New Orleans Pelicans reserves the right to cancel the tickets, remove the organization from the program, and pursue all available remedies, including legal action.*
Requests made via mail, telephone, or fax will not be accepted*
All tickets donated through this program should be used. Each group’s ticket usage will be tracked after every game with an expectation of 100% show rate. Please make sure to scan your tickets upon entering the stadium. Failure to use at least 75% of tickets may cause the organization to forfeit its eligibility to receive donations from the New Orleans Pelicans in the future, beginning immediately.*
Each group must sit in the seats they were originally designated, NO EXCEPTIONS*
All email addresses must be a business email registered under an organization’s authorized representative*
All organizations must request community tickets before each season in order to be eligible for the program*
Only qualified, good-standing 501(c)(3) organizations can receive community tickets. Our staff will verify the tax numbers provided prior to ticket fulfillment.*
Tickets allocated to your group are to be used SOLELY by your individuals affiliated with your organization*
No requests from individuals seeking tickets on their own behalf will be considered*
All organizations receiving community tickets will be required to send a tax document using their organization’s letterhead after each home game attended informing of what was donated and the quantity contributed*
Community tickets are solely to be used for bringing a non-profit group to a New Orleans Pelicans game – not as a raffle or door prize. If you are seeking tickets for a fundraiser, please visit our donation request page at http://www.pelicans.com/community/donationrequests*
